SHAWN CLARK

Litigation Associate

 

Mr. Clark is an employment litigator with extensive experience in all aspects of federal civil litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Shawn worked as a NYPD Law Graduate Fellow, where he advised the NYPD on a variety of legal matters and litigated in the federal courts on behalf of New York City law enforcement.

 

During law school, Shawn acted as student advocate at the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, as a legal intern in the financial crimes section of the New York County District Attorney's Office, and as a Fellow for the Opperman Institute of Judicial Administration, where he assisted the Honorable John Gleeson, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York, on a curriculum for the Institute's seminar for newly appointed appellate judges.
